I just wanted to tell you how pleased we are with our bathroom tile.  Now that the job is complete, there are a few things I want to cover: 1. The attention to detail was excellent.  Some of the travertine pieces were cut in order to continue a wrap around the corners, a nice touch.  The stones are set evenly at the same height.   The grout was well done with no misses. 2. Nilson offered very good advice. I noticed he has a process: when I asked for his advice, he would preface it with "customers usually..." which allowed me to save face if I disagreed (I always took the advice). 3. Nilson was a complete professional. Always on time, worked steadily but methodically, cleaned up, kept me informed on what he was doing, sometimes stayed late when he needed to. I enjoyed talking to him (and while we talked, he kept working... total pro). 4. Nilson made a point to use the stone very efficiently. I was able to return more tiles than I anticipated which offset some of the cost of the job. Thank you again for such great service!
